That is very strange... I used our DELL RM to create a SUU CD for the PER510 with just the Windows OS(es) and it was only 1.7 GB ?This was based from the DELL Bundle v462... and DRM v1.6.0.244.

No, limitation is due to maximum power provided through PCIe slot. Upgrading the power supply will only help if you get one with a power cable dedicated to power the graphics card.
