With only having the A1 passthrough module you will be limited to a single port per half height blade. What blades do you have installed?
If you HAD A2, then it goes like this.
A1 has ports 1-16, A2 has ports 17-32. Blade Slot 1 would have port 1 and port 17, Slot 2 would have port 2 and 18 and so on.
