If you must have RAID 5, then the H7x0 (6Gbps, 512/1024MB cache) or the PERC 6/i (3Gbps, 256MB cache) are your only options. The PERC 6 is much cheaper than the H7x0. Other controllers do RAID 10 but not 5.
