Which Dell update package to use?

Dell PowerEdge 6850 installed with Server 2003 Enterprise SP2 x86. Server is in a cluster environment. I have to update NIC drivers on the servers. I am planning to use Dell update packages to do updates because it can update drivers & firmware. But I have few questions;

1) Which version should I be using? I know it sounds stupid but on http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/software/smdup/ I see few of them & only Ver. 6.3 says that it has 2003 enterprise x86. Others are confusing like Ver. 6.5 says MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS as

* Microsoft(R) Windows Server(R) 2003 R2 Web, Standard and Enterprise Editions with SP2 (32-bit x86)

http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/software/smdup/dup65/en/readme/win/win_read.txt

Look at that R2 thingy in bold. I am not sure if that R2 only implies to 2003 web edition or it is also talking about standard & enterprise? Because if it is then Ver. 6.5 will not work & the only package version clearly stating is Ver. 6.3.

2) Broadcom BACS Ver. 2 is installed on the servers & I am not sure if BACS upgrade is required after NIC driver update. Will BACS 4 work on 6850?

3) Is it a good idea to update NIC drivers & firmware using Dell update package?

I may have more questions based on the reply I get so please bear with me.
