You don't mention where you are from but best to use Google and type "pcie wear extenders" 
The first couple of hits should be useful. The first hit i get is to "http://www.adexelec.com/extenders.htm" who have a vast selection of extender types, just click on "PCI EXPRESS Extenders" to see them all... the second hit to "http://www.ably.com.tw/pdt/pdtlist.asp?cat=PCIE_RISER" also lists a large selection of extenders you may find useful... Either company may ship to your region, just ask them... Alternatively try ebay...
