The iDRAC uses the embedded video controller for video processing. If the embedded controller is disabled then the console will not function. If the BIOS is automatically disabling the embedded video then trying manually enabling it after installing the card. If the card will not function with the embedded video enabled then you will not have console access via the iDRAC.
