Was considering buying a PowerEdge 1950 1U Rack station to install WinServer 2012 - 64 bit and do some web development, and experimentation. However, all the reviews talk about the noise level being unacceptable for a small office. Are there any similar Dell PowerEdge Towers that one would recommend I look at that would give me a much quiter noise level for an office?
