The first error is for an OS blue screen, but that could be from it not being able to see the drives, Any errors that start with 2900 are coming from the logs. Hard drive errors with probably be 4400:xxxx

That drive is bad, it will need to be replaced. Is the system under warranty? The data is probably not recoverable at this point. Yes you can reinstall the OS to the other drives.
