The current target is end of june, but honestly, the 64 bit isnt going to get you anything over the "32bit" files we have now. Th reason the 64 bits were created was because a large software company told us that WOW was not going to be enabled on their operatng system, so 32bit dups wouldnt run anymore. Well, they changed their minds AFTER we had gone through the effort of creating the 64 bit dups. Not all the teams have created 64 bits dups for reasons i cant state here, so the 64 bit dups will still be fewer than the 32 bit dups until those reasons are resolved. The file name on the next SUU will also be modified to not say 32 or 64 bit. Eventually, 64 bit dups will be the norm, but it may be a while.
