R710 wont post, faulty cpu1 port?

HI all

My server has been working fine till this evening when it decided to die.

It seems to be that the CPU1 port is faulty.

If i boot with just CPU2 in, it boots to post. Both CPUs seem fine as they both post if in CPU2.

As soon as i put in CPU1 it wont post.

I have not removed any RAM yet, ill try that tomorrow.

I think the errors im getting is

The CPU1 0.75 VTT CPU1 PG voltage is outside of the allowable range

e122a cpu1 vtt regulator failure

Any thoughts?
