DELL R720 - iDRAC Initialization Error

Hello, 

I currently have a few Dell R720 servers, that upon reboot, are showing an iDRAC Initialization Error which requires manual intervention to get the servers to proceed with the boot process.  This wouldn't be a huge issue, if we didn't have a remote site that we have to drive out to.

The servers themselves are scheduled for replacement early next year so I would like to avoid buying new system boards.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to, disable, or bypass the iDRAC initialization or what the best course of action regarding this would be.
