Have a Dell T320 Power edge, seems like the disk drives are constantly running
Originally had a perc 310 raid controller, upgraded to a Perc710 with 512 cache
Still the drives seem to be constantly running, takes as much as 1 min to bring up server manager
Reinstalled OS (2012) no change
Thoughts ?
