It is only compatible with the servers listed. The file does a check against the server model before it runs. Since your servers are not in it's compatibility list it is giving the message that your system is not compatible. The error is not related to 32/64 bit compatibility.

I'm checking right now to see if the compatibility list on the driver download page needs to be corrected to remove incompatible servers from the list, or if the file itself needs to be corrected to allow the update to run on additional servers.

I'll update this post when I found out what the resolution is.
