Was that second post meant as a "bump"?  Kind of soon for a bump.

Try clearing the NVRAM using the jumpers on the motherboard.  

Remove the second processor (and memory associated with that processor).

Swap processor 1 with processor 2.

Try memory, one at a time, in slot one in the above configurations.

If none of this works, I would say your motherboard is dead.
