Yes, you can contact support and they can try to isolate the issue, however support is a break/fix group and this is a performance problem, and is potentially not something they will be able to resolve or be covered under warranty, this system might just initialize slowly. That being said it does seem like it is taking longer than it should and I am sure they will try to assist you as best as possible, I just wanted to give you fair warning and not promise a resolution if they are unable to provide one.
