So it was one raid 5 across all of the disks and 4 windows partitions? The current array is the one that was there originally or did you recreate it? There is not a RAID configuration that is 100% foolproof, RAID 5 allows for a drive failure, but in this case there was data corruption and that can happen on any RAID level.
The RAID recovery software may work, but it has not been tested with our hardware, so I can’t say for sure if it will be able to see the array.
