I show that DSET version 1.8 is compatible with the 6450:
ftp://ftp.us.dell.com/sysman/Dell_DSET_1.8.0.131.msi
If you go to the drivers and downloads page for the 6450 at support.dell.com you can find memory and hardware diagnostic tools under the Diagnostics tab as well.
