Do you have the current password or are you trying to reset to default for a lost password? If you have lost the password you can use the password reset jumper on the CMC module to reset the password. If you have the current password you can use the DRAC tools, that are installed with Openmanage Server Administrator (OMSA) or available standalone downloads.dell.com/.../OM-DRAC-Dell-Web-WIN-7.2.0-6945.exe or you can use an SSH session to the CMC and change the password from command line.
The command to use with DRAC tools is racadm -r <ip address> -u <username> -p <password> config -g cfgUserAdmin -o cfgUserAdminPassword -i 1 <password>
If doing it through SSH just the last part of the command is needed. racadm config -g cfgUserAdmin -o cfgUserAdminPassword -i 1 password
