If you check the integrated devices section there should be an option for Internal SD Card port and Interal SD Card Redundancy. If the option for redundancy is grayed out then the module is not likely installed. I haven't pulled my SD module out to verify this though. You can also check the boot settings in the BIOS. If you have an SD module installed it will list it in the Hard-Disk Drive Sequence.
Another method would be to look in the DRAC web interface. Under hardware>removable devices it will list any installed SD modules.
