Rather than guessing you should look through the user's guide of the server in question and check the sound output. The easiest way to check multiple servers is to use one of our datacenter planning tools. The sound output for each server is listed in bels.
ESSA is for 11th generation and newer servers. DCCP is for 10th generation and older servers. There are links to both on this page:
