Try running a repair install of the USC/LCE and let me know if that fixes the problem. To perform the repair:
- Download the repair package: http://www.dell.com/support/drivers/us/en/19/DriverDetails/Product/poweredge-r610?driverId=G3G5F&osCode=WS8R2&fileId=3093677794&languageCode=EN
- Access the iDRAC web interface
- Select iDRAC in the left pane and the update tab across the top
- Browse to the .usc file that you downloaded to your computer and let the update run
