Unfortunately, although the link you gave does say 64bit, the acutal file is only 32 bit and the message comes back when installing: "This update package cannot be executed under the current operating system".

Dell support here in Sydney cannot find the 64 bit version either....
I don't show we have a driver for 2008R2. The driver should be native to the OS, so you should not need to install one. The driver above is intended for 2008x64 which uses the Vista kernel. 2008R2 uses the Windows 7 kernel and the driver should be part of the driver database. Why are you installing the driver?
